1. What is the professional product of your company？
A：Our professional products are various kinds of place mats, including material : paper yarn, cotton yarn, plastic and linen etc.

2.Q: Do you have a minimun order quantity?
A: Yes, we require all international orders to have a minimum order quantity. Different material will have different MOQ.

3.Q：Can you supply the relevant documentation?
A: Yes, we can provide most of documentation including Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and other export documents required.

4.Q: What is the average lead time ?
A: For samples, the lead time will be 7-14days. For mass production, the lead time will be 45-60 days according to your quantity of order.

5. Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: we usually accept TT method. 30% deposit in advance, balance against the copy of B/L.

6 .Q: What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the products ?
A: Pls contact with our customer service as soon as possible, we only accept refund or exchange if there is any quality issue.
