A: Our professional products are various kinds of place mats, including material : paper yarn, cotton yarn, plastic and linen etc.

2. Q: How can I get your quotation about your products?
A: Pls advise us your request details simply, like the size/Qty/Packing, we will e-mail the price list or PI to you based on your requirement.

3. Q: How to place an order to you ?
A: You can send us a Proforma Invoice or send us a Purchase Order firstly.

4. Q: Can you supply the relevant documentation?
A: Yes, we can provide most of documentation including Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and other export documents required.

5. Q: What is the average lead time ?
A: For samples, the lead time will be 7-14days. For mass production, the lead time will be 45-60 days according to your quantity of order.

6. Q: What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the products ?
A: Pls contact with our customer service as soon as possible, we only accept refund or exchange if there is any quality issue.
