1. Q：How could I get the sample?

A: If you need sample to check the quality and colour, we can provide free sample with freight collected.

2. Q: How can I get your quotation about your products?

A: Pls advise us your request details simply, like the size/Qty/Packing, we will e-mail the price list or PI to you based on your requirement.

3. Q: Do you have a minimun order quantity?

A: Yes, we require all international orders to have a minimum order quantity.  Different material will have different MOQ.

4. Q: What is the average lead time ?

A: For samples, the lead time will be 7-14days. For mass production, the lead time will be 45-60 days according to your quantity of order.

5. Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: we usually accept TT method. 30% deposit in advance, balance against the copy of B/L.

6.Q: What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the products ?

A: Pls contact with our customer service as soon as possible, we only accept refund or exchange if there is any quality issue.
