1.: Is it available for samples?
A: yes, of course. sample is free, and you may pay freight cost. that would be reasonable.

2:How to place an order?
1. Sample approval.
2. Client makes 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI.
3. Client approves our pp sample, and get the testing report if any necessary .
4. Mass Production.
5. Arrange shipment.
6. Supplier arranges necessary documents and sends copy of these documents.
7. Client effect balance payment.
8. Supplier sends original documents or telex release the good.

3. Q: What is the average lead time ?
A: For samples, the lead time will be 7-14days. For mass production, the lead time will be 45-60 days according to your quantity of order.

4. Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: we usually accept TT method. 30% deposit in advance, balance against the copy of B/L.

5. Q: What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the products ?
A: Pls contact with our customer service as soon as possible, we only accept refund or exchange if there is any quality issue.
