5.When you meet Crease Problem , please soak it into warm water and take it out, and put some heavy thing on it, then the Crease will disappear.

1. Sample approval.

2. Client makes 50% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI.

3. Client approves our pp sample, and get the testing report if any necessary .

4. Mass Production.

5. Arrange shipment.

6. Supplier arranges necessary documents and sends copy of these documents.

7. Client effect balance payment.

8. Supplier sends original documents or telex release the good.

Q2:Do you accept customers’ own design? We have OEM and ODM service, welcome customers own design.

Just tell us your ideas (the logo, text and how they need to look like), we will draw the finished files for your confirmation.

Q3.Are you a factory?

Q4.Do you offer placemats samples for free?

A.We are glad to provide free samples for you, while, you’re required to pay the freight.

Q5.What about the lead time for bulk production?

A.It will depend on the style and order quantity,normally it will be 45-50 days after the payment.
